Presentation Project Reflection

Hey guys! I just finished one of the funnest projects in my online business course. I made a presentation on how Facebook can help small businesses reach new potential customers. I was asked five questions about this project, and here are my answers for what I have learned throughout the course of this project.

  1. In your Presentation Project, what worked? The theme of my presentation fit really well with my topic. The theme consisted of dark blue, green, and grays, with transparent computer circuits in background, with white writing. I think it helped keep the listeners engaged and following along.
  2. What didn’t work? I think my presentation was put together very well. I think the oral speech that I did to follow along with the slide show was way too long. I got off topic a few times, but I think my oral speech was not the best.
  3. What did you learn from looking at the presentations of your classmates? The main thing I learned from looking through the presentations was that I was nervous for showing mine for no reason. My classmates were in the same boat as me. I think there were a few slides that I should not have put as much wording on. My classmates did a really good job with that.
  4. What would you do differently next time? I would redo my oral speech to cut down on the presentation length. That would be the only thing I would do differently.
  5. What did you learn that you might use in your professional career? I knew that Facebook did help businesses reach potential customers. After completing all my research I found that in today’s time Facebook is a must for a business of any size. There is so much more to Facebook than just posting about your day. It is a great resource that is FREE for anyone to use!

Thank you for reading my blog, I hoped you enjoyed following me through my journey in my Business Communication class.
